This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the PIEDAP platform and its products (Project 360, NexGen QE, EvalNext and GRCNest), services, applications, APIs, and related systems (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Pion Global Private Limited. (“PIEDAP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This AUP applies to all users, including customers, authorized users, administrators, employees, contractors, partners, and any third parties accessing or using the Platform (“Users”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
If you violate this AUP, PIEDAP may deny access, suspend, or terminate your use of the Software and Services (or any part thereof). PIEDAP’s right to suspend or terminate your use of the Software or Services applies even if a breach is committed unintentionally or without your authorization if PIEDAP believes that suspension or termination is necessary to ensure compliance with laws or to protect the rights, safety, privacy, security or property of PIEDAP, its customers or third parties.
PIEDAP reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on its webpage. By using the Products and Services, you agree to the latest version of this policy.
Purpose of This Policy
The purpose of this AUP is to:
• Protect the security, integrity, availability, and reliability of the Platform
• Define acceptable and prohibited usage
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
• Safeguard the interests of PIEDAP, its customers, and other users
Permitted Use
Users may use the Platform only:
• For lawful business purposes
• In accordance with the applicable subscription, license, or agreement
• By authorized users within the scope of their assigned roles and permissions
• In compliance with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and other applicable policies
Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, disruptive, or unethical.
1 Security & System Abuse
Users must not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, data, or systems
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, or security controls
• Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful code
• Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or security testing without prior written authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
2 Data Misuse & Privacy Violations
Users must not:
• Upload, process, or store data you do not have the legal right or authorization to use
• Upload personal, confidential, or regulated data in violation of applicable laws or agreements
• Access, extract, scrape, or harvest data belonging to other customers or users
• Use the Platform to violate data protection, privacy, or confidentiality obligations
3 Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Use
Users must not use the Platform to:
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or court orders
• Support criminal, unethical, or abusive conduct
• Circumvent regulatory, audit, or compliance requirements
4 Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering
Users must not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without authorization
• Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright markings
• Use the Platform to infringe intellectual property rights of PIEDAP or third parties
5 Excessive Use & Platform Abuse
Users must not:
• Generate excessive traffic or system load that degrades Platform performance
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts that are not expressly permitted
• Abuse APIs beyond documented or licensed usage limits
• Use the Platform in a manner that negatively impacts other users
6 Misrepresentation & Unauthorized Use
Users must not:
• Impersonate another person, organization, or user
• Share credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals
• Use the Platform outside the scope of your subscription or role
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Platform without authorization.
User Responsibilities
Customers and Users are responsible for violations of this policy, whether by (i) yourself, (ii) anyone using the Software and Services with your permission, or (iii) using your account on an unauthorized basis. Your use of the Software and Services to assist another person in an activity that would violate this AUP if that activity, when performed by you, is a violation of this AUP. This AUP applies to anyone accessing or using the PIEDAP Software and associated Services.
When using the PIEDAP Software and associated Services, it is your responsibility to comply with the AUP and to ensure that you adhere to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and commonly accepted practices of the Internet community. The prohibited uses described herein are intended as guidelines regarding improper and inappropriate conduct and should not be interpreted as an exhaustive list Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The responsibilities of users include
• Ensuring all activities under their accounts comply with this AUP

• Complying with internal organizational policies and applicable regulations
Monitoring & Enforcement
PIEDAP reserves the right to:
• Monitor usage of the Platform for compliance with this AUP
• Investigate suspected violations or security incidents
• Suspend or terminate access, accounts, or services for violations
• Remove or restrict access to content that violates this AUP
• Take legal or corrective action where required
Monitoring will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and privacy obligations.
Consequences of Violations
Violation of this AUP may result in:
• Temporary or permanent suspension of access
• Termination of subscription or services
• Loss of data or content associated with prohibited use
• Legal action, including claims for damages and legal expenses.
• Notification to relevant authorities where required by law
Reporting Violations or Security Issues
If you become aware of:
• A violation of this AUP
• A security vulnerability or incident
• Unauthorized access or misuse

Relationship to Other Policies
This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of and should be read together with:

In case of conflict, the applicable agreement or Terms of Service will prevail.
Changes to This Policy
PIEDAP may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
